Redefined the corporate product development process. Introduced Design Thinking and Lean Startup and integrated these methodologies with existing agile practices. Designed a corporate Design Thinkers card deck and corporate Design Thinkers website to speed up the integration of Design Thinking. Implemented and applied Design Thinking principles and best practices in a series of corporate strategy projects, product design projects and service design projects.
